Experience-3-10 Years
Responsibilities: –
1. Facility, tools, fixtures planning, budget workout, procurement & implementation for new Variant projects on vehicle assembly, New Variants introduction as per APQP. Design and establishment of process for new products/models implementation at vehicle assembly.
2. Feasibility strudy / Viertual validations of New Projects to check the manufacturing feasibiity.
3. Workout budget requirement, FTG procurement, Installation & commission for Product & process change management.
4. Logistics planning for material storage – Line side and stores for New Projects.
5. Logistics Facility planning, FTG procurement, Installation & commission for Product.
6. Process Sheets/ DCP preparation for New Prrojects and reviews with CFT of respective shop.
5. Line Process Concerns, Field concerns, Quality concerns resolutions effectively & efficiently.
6. Identify & implement Process improvement & WC reduction in existing Vehicle assembly process to improve overall productivity.
7. Preparation of new layout or modification in existing for improving overall productivity of the TCF.
8. Design & implement the facility & equipment as per the PPAP guideline.
